We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. The hotel's location to the beach was ideal, and we enjoyed easy transportation options. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

Located in the center of Sanya
The hotel should be considered as 3 stars hotel. Old furniture, carpets, bathroom, etc. It's expensive if you campare with the other hotels from that area.

The hotel was very clean, staff friendly. Even if some cannot speak English they will try to help as best they can. Most of the advertised facilities are not there or of very poor condition such as missing restaurants and few options at the spa. But all in all the room was very nice and so are the people.

This place is located right near the beach, making it very convenient for a relaxing vacation. I really appreciated the 24-hour room service and the helpful bell staff who were always available to assist. The package/parcel services were also a great convenience for me. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities and mini-bar, were a nice touch and made my stay even more comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sanya beach, providing easy access to enjoy the waterfront. the rooms offer a decent sea view, allowing guests to admire the sunset over the ocean. the staff provide rather good service and are friendly, making the stay more enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved.

Great location near shopping and food options. Room had a decent view of the ocean and the sunset was beautiful. Nice rooftop pool for a refreshing swim.
The condition of some facilities was poor, including the spa and missing restaurants. Air conditioning was weak and the room could get very hot in the afternoon.
